This interactive program focuses on the mediation of family matters with an emphasis on divorce AND meets the training requirements for Florida Supreme Court Certification as a Family Mediator. The program will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of mediation in theory and practice, as well as the essential conflict management skills necessary to mediate in all professional fields. It is appropriate for:

  • Professionals who want to mediate divorces, paternity cases, and other family disputes, 

  • Attorneys who want to be better advocates when representing clients in mediation, 

  • Professionals who want to mediate in the workplace and a variety of other settings,

  • Financial Professionals, Educators, Clergy, Coaches, and Human Resource Professionals.

The Program Provides:

  • 40 CEUs for Florida Licensed Psychologists, Marriage and Family Therapists, Clinical Social Workers, and Mental Health Counselors.  

  • 40 hours of Continuing Mediator Education for Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediators.  

  • 45 CLE Credits for members of the Florida Bar - 45 General, 1 Bias Elimination, 4 Ethics, 1 Professionalism, and 2.5 Technology.  Certification Credits - 3 Appellate Practice and 3 Civil Trial 

This program meets 5 days, from 8:30am - 5:40pm each day.
