Jennifer Meiselman Titus

Jennifer dedicates her practice to serving and empowering families.  She specializes in dependency advocating for children and families involved with DCF; delinquency where minors under 18 are charged with breaking the law; kinship care/guardianship, where concerned family members can temporarily care for children; adoption; IEPs/education law; and representing survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, and sexual assault. Jennifer is a skilled trial attorney and a passionate advocate for her clients. 

Jennifer, a native Floridian, is one of only 145 Florida attorneys who are Board Certified in Juvenile Law.  She is active in the legal community and is a member of the Bennett Inn of Court, the EJCBA, the Florida Bar Family Law Section, the Domestic Violence Section of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Children’s Issue Committee of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, and the Public Interest Law Section.  Jennifer is active in Girl Scouts, a member of the PTA and PTSA.  She enjoys hiking, bicycling, dancing badly to 80s music, and spending time with her family.
